Over the last 15 years leading & delivering this work, I have built deep insight into people’s behaviour, experience of working with thousands of leaders and a commitment to creating an engaging, experiential and partnership based learning environment. I work with people using a mix of theatre, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy and Learning & Development tools. The aim is to enable learning through providing perspectives, in-the-body experiences and inner dialogue. As a leader I focus on our community, our Clients & myself living our values. I am constantly building a team that delivers work with a sense of artistry & purpose, courage & empathy. As a principal consultant, I have worked with and consulted for Aricent, Airtel, AON Hewitt, Alcatel Lucent, Amdocs, Bharti Infratel, Birlasoft, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, Glaxo SmithKline, Dell Perot, Edelweiss, Ernst & Young, Genpact, HSBC, IDFC, Rediffusion DY&R, RBS, Max Bupa, Max Life, Punj Lloyd, NEC HCL, SopraSteria, Sunlife, Suzuki, United Nations and many other organizations. My areas of exploration include Values based leadership, Inspirational communication, Talent Engagement and building ensembles. In recent years, I have been keenly working in the areas of Unconscious Bias, Inclusion and Power & Privilege. My focus is on ensuring that businesses and individuals gain from the time spent in workshops. This is what make me relevant and a necessary part of the learning community. My love for using drama, narrative therapy, people’s movement to study behaviour and in-depth understanding of business is what drives me to keep continuing this work.
